This 2-villa combo brings together Villa 2 in Futbol House and Villa 4 in Jungle House at the Los Antonio complex in Puerto Carrillo. You get two separate, self-contained apartments just a few steps apart, so your group can stay close while still having privacy.
Across the two villas, you’ll have:
It feels like booking a small cluster of apartments on the village plaza: everyone is together, but each couple or family still gets their own door, bathroom, and kitchen.
From Los Antonio, it’s a quick walk or 2-minute drive to Playa Carrillo, one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful and swimmable beaches:
You’re also right by the local fútbol field and plaza, so you can watch village life, hear the occasional game, and walk to small hotels, restaurants, and cafes in just a few minutes.
Los Antonio sits in a calm, residential corner of Puerto Carrillo:
Guests often comment on how comfortable they feel walking to the store, heading to the beach, or grabbing dinner without needing to drive everywhere.
This combo works really well for remote workers, digital nomads, or families staying a bit longer:
If you’re working remotely while others are on pure vacation, this setup makes it easy for everyone to get what they need.
In Villas 2 & 4 you’ll find:
You can arrive, drop your bags, and start exploring without needing to pre-plan every meal or excursion.
Booking Villas 2 & 4 gives you the feel of a small, flexible group compound, rather than one crowded house.
Book Villas 2 & 4 at Los Antonio to give your group a simple, flexible setup in Puerto Carrillo: two full apartments, plenty of king beds, and an easy base for beach days at Playa Carrillo and day trips to Sámara and the Nicoya Peninsula.
You can absolutely stay here without a rental car if you’re comfortable walking and using local transport. The beach, grocery store, and several places to eat are all within walking distance. There’s also a local bus route connecting Puerto Carrillo and Sámara, plus taxis that can be arranged if needed. That said, if you want to explore multiple beaches and towns along the Nicoya Peninsula on your own schedule, a rental car gives you the most flexibility.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for your group. For stays of a week or more, we can help arrange an optional mid-stay cleaning and linen change for an additional fee – just ask before or during your trip. There is space to hang-dry clothes and towels, and if you’d like recommendations for local laundry services, we’re happy to share options.
Most guests find Puerto Carrillo peaceful compared to larger tourist towns, but it is still a real Costa Rican village. From time to time you may hear fútbol games on the field, children playing, dogs, roosters in the morning, or music from local gatherings, especially on weekends or holidays. Inside the apartment, noise is usually moderate, but if you’re a very light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for extra comfort, just like anywhere in rural Costa Rica.
In coastal areas of Costa Rica, it’s normal to have occasional short power or internet interruptions, especially during storms or maintenance. Most outages are brief and resolve on their own. If anything lasts longer than expected, send us a quick message so we can check with the provider and give you an update. We always recommend downloading important work files, maps, and tickets offline before traveling, just in case you need to access them while things reboot.
