This 3-villa combo gives your group almost the entire Los Antonio front row:
both levels of Futbol House (Villas 1 & 2) plus Villa 3 in Jungle House just nearby. You get three separate, self-contained apartments in one small complex, perfect when you want to stay together but not all share the same kitchen and bathroom.
Across the three villas, you’ll have:
Together, Villas 1, 2 & 3 feel like a small, flexible group compound:
two villas stacked in one building (Futbol House) and a third ground-floor villa (Jungle House) just steps away.
All three villas are in Puerto Carrillo village, just outside Sámara:
From Los Antonio you’re right by the village plaza and fútbol field, with simple restaurants, little hotels, and places to grab a coffee or a cold drink within easy walking distance.
The Los Antonio complex sits in a relaxed, residential corner of Puerto Carrillo:
Most guests comment on how safe and easy it feels to move around on foot, even in the evening.
This 3-villa combo works extremely well for mixed work/vacation trips and longer stays:
If you’ve got a group where some people are working remotely and others are on pure holiday, this layout makes everyone’s life easier.
In Villas 1, 2 & 3 you’ll find:
You’re also near a resort-style pool across the street by Jungle House; access may depend on local arrangements or a small fee, so check your welcome info or ask your host.
You can keep plans loose: beach in the morning, lunch at a soda, maybe a Sámara trip in the afternoon, and back to your villas by the plaza at night.
Everyone gets a proper bed and a proper kitchen, and you’re never far from anyone else in your group.
Book Villas 1, 2 & 3 at Los Antonio if you want three full apartments in one easy, beach-town complex: two levels of Futbol House plus a ground-floor Jungle House villa, all within a few minutes of Playa Carrillo.
You can absolutely stay here without a rental car if you’re comfortable walking and using local transport. The beach, grocery store, and several places to eat are all within walking distance. There’s also a local bus route connecting Puerto Carrillo and Sámara, plus taxis that can be arranged if needed. That said, if you want to explore multiple beaches and towns along the Nicoya Peninsula on your own schedule, a rental car gives you the most flexibility.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for your group. For stays of a week or more, we can help arrange an optional mid-stay cleaning and linen change for an additional fee – just ask before or during your trip. There is space to hang-dry clothes and towels, and if you’d like recommendations for local laundry services, we’re happy to share options.
Most guests find Puerto Carrillo peaceful compared to larger tourist towns, but it is still a real Costa Rican village. From time to time you may hear fútbol games on the field, children playing, dogs, roosters in the morning, or music from local gatherings, especially on weekends or holidays. Inside the apartment, noise is usually moderate, but if you’re a very light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for extra comfort, just like anywhere in rural Costa Rica.
In coastal areas of Costa Rica, it’s normal to have occasional short power or internet interruptions, especially during storms or maintenance. Most outages are brief and resolve on their own. If anything lasts longer than expected, send us a quick message so we can check with the provider and give you an update. We always recommend downloading important work files, maps, and tickets offline before traveling, just in case you need to access them while things reboot.
